Kapil Mishra goes to CBI office – Says enough evidence against Kejriwal

Kapil Mishra, who was  suspended by the Aam Aadmi Party, held a press conference on Tuesday morning. He read a letter addressed to Arvind Kejriwal. He said that he has strong evidence against Kejriwal and will give them to CBI. Later he reached the CBI office. There he complained against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal about Cash, Land Deal and Foreign Trip. Kapil Mishra had claimed on Sunday that Kejriwal took crores of rupees from Minister Satyendra Jain, and he was present there and saw the whole incident with his own eyes. The second allegation was that CM and his two special officers pressed the report of the water tanker scam against Sheila Dikshit government. AAP called the allegations as false and baseless. On the other hand, Kejriwal has called the special session of the Assembly. Kapil said that he has declared war against Kejriwal.

Kapil Mishra said that he has to shoot an arrow on the same teacher who taught him how to use it.. The one who learned from Kejriwal, today he is asking for blessings to fight against the same Kejriwal. He further said that Kejriwal knows deep inside how (corrupt) his relations are with Satyendra Jain and he would not have removed him if he had not given the letter to ACB.

He further remarked that Kejriwal will try to prove his innocence in the Assembly today where he will be the judge and the accused. Mishra said that he has learned to fight from Kejriwal and he will keep on fighting alone. Either he will win or will be killed.

Challenge to contest elections

Mishra said, “People are trying to finish my assembly membership, but it does not make any difference to me. I am ready to resign, if there is a little more ethics in them, then from Karwal Nagar or New Delhi assembly seat. Fight against me from anywhere. ”

Kapil Mishra files FIR against Kejriwal

Kapil said- “I am alone, I am an idiot, I am happy, I will register an FIR against you, I apologize for that.” Kejriwal knows that I have a lot of things, there is a lot of evidence, that is why he is scared. He is talking about repeatedly giving evidence to him but  I will not keep anything in front, I will tell the CBI only, so that the investigation will not be affected. ”

“Satyendra Jain has a lot of money, he can go to court and file a case, lawyers can do it, I have no money.”
– He said that since Monday evening, he has received 211 complaints of corruption related to the Aam Aadmi Party leaders.

Kapil Mishra arrives at CBI office arrives, submits evidence in closed envelope

Mishra had tweeted on Tuesday that he will be going to CBI office. Later, he complained to the CBI about three things. The first between Kejriwal and Satyendra Jain was on cash deal of 2 crores. The second complaint against Satyendra Jain. It was mentioned in the statement that how they benefited from the land deal of Rs 50 crore to Kejriwal’s relatives. In the third complaint, Satyendra Jain, Ashish Khaitan, Raghav Chandra, Sanjay Singh and Durgesh Pathak were accused.  Kapil Mishra accused them of the misuse of public money for the foreign trip.

Kapil Mishra suspended

On Monday evening, PAC meeting was held at Kejriwal’s house. In the meeting, he was suspended from the primary membership of the party.

Kapil’s answer to three questions to AAP

1) AAP’s question: When and at what time did Kapil go to CM’s house?
Kapil’s answer: “Answering this question can affect the investigation.” Therefore, I will hand over all the details to the CBI in the sealed envelope. ”

2) AAP’s question: For which relative of Kejriwal, did the land deal by Satyendra Jain took place, tell his name?
Answer: “Jain told me personally that he had made a land deal of 50 crores for a farmhouse in Chhatarpur for brother in law of Kejriwal. PWD also passed the fake bill of 10 crores in his papers. They come from the Bansal family. ”

3) AAP’s Question: Is Kapil defaming Kejriwal at the behest of BJP?
Answer: “I will not go to BJP. I have no relation with them. I challenge Sanjay Singh to bring a single proof that I have spoken to a BJP leader. If anyone raises any question, then you call them the agent of BJP. ”

When and where did the dispute begin?

Before leaving the cabinet on Saturday, Kapil tweeted that he was going to make big disclosures against corruption on Sunday. But in the earlier tweets, only the water tanker scandal was mentioned.

Kapil met LG Anil Baijal on Sunday morning and filed a statement against the corruption in the AAP government.

He later Tweeted- “It was impossible to keep quiet. I told LG everything. I saw them taking money wrongly.”

Satyendra Jain has already been accused of these three things in the past:

1. Accusations of relationships with hawala traders.
2. To use his powers to get a post for her daughter in the health department.
3. Allegations of Money Laundering
