Making of Tandoori chicken
First of all,wash the chicken legs and place them on a large swallow dish.Now add 200gm curd, 2 tbsp red chillies powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp Turmeric Powder and pinch of salt according to taste and mesh these all thing in your dish.After meshing of all ingredient, let it rest for 30 minutes.
After 30 Minutes, Turn the heat on medium and take 2 TBSP oil in a pan.Now add 1 TBSP Butter and let it rest for 1 minute.add your meshed chicken in the pan and cook for 10-12 minutes.
After cooking of chicken, take a big charcoal and heat charcoal on flame for 5 minutes.After heating of charcoal , put it in a glass.After some time add that glass in a dish and now add cooked chicken in that dish.Cover the dish with the help of a plate for 3-4 minutes.Once the tandoori chicken is completely cooked and turns soft, switch off the flame and serve it with onions and green chutney.
